1. This document outlines: a) Your legal rights and responsibilities, b) Our legal rights and responsibilities, and c) Essential information required by law.

  2. Entering into a Contract 2.1 Once we confirm your booking via email or other communication ("Booking Confirmation"), a legally binding contract is formed. 2.1.1 This contract includes these terms and conditions. 2.1.2 Our privacy policy, available under 'PRIVACY POLICY' 2.1.3 Additional terms may apply, replacing or supplementing this contract. We will notify you of any changes two weeks in advance.

  3. Information Obligations 3.1 According to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we provide key information before a binding contract is established (see clause 2.2). 3.2 Information includes: 3.2.1 Main characteristics of your booking and services. 3.2.2 Our identity, location, and contact details. 3.2.3 Total price, including taxes. 3.2.4 Additional charges, if applicable. 3.2.5 Payment details, service execution, and timeline. 3.2.6 Cancellation procedure and associated costs. 3.2.7 Complaint handling process (see clause 22). 3.2.8 Contract duration and termination details.

  4. Booking Process 4.1 Quotations are not binding offers. Your reservation is an offer to purchase services. 4.2 We may decline your offer for various reasons, and we'll inform you promptly if we do. 4.3 Acceptance occurs when we send a Booking Confirmation, establishing a binding contract.

  5. Price and Payment 5.1 The price at booking confirmation is final. 5.2 Provide valid credit/debit card details at booking. 5.3 Refund for unused incidentals on pre-paid bookings upon checkout. 5.4 Physical card used for booking must be sent in via check-in form. 5.5 Physical Card need to showcase last four digits and name5.6 Proof of ID will be requested at check-in. 5.7 All amounts include VAT or local taxes, added at the current rate. 5.8 Bookings are subject to; availability, full payment of making a reservation, and agreement of our cancellation policy. All prices include VAT or other applicable taxes at the current rate. Prices quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, dates, nights and rooms shown on your booking confirmation.

  6. Cancellation 6.1 Amendments to hotel bookings are permissible up to 7 days before check-in. 6.2 Amendments necessitate written confirmation. 6.3 Cancellation or no-show will incur a charged outstanding balance. 6.4 No refund is provided if you prematurely vacate due to uncontrollable events affecting you.

  7. Cancellation by Us 7.1 Limited liability for cancellations due to events beyond our control. 7.2 Reservation cancellation possible if payment is not received or other material breach occurs. 7.3 Refund or non-payment required based on fault. 7.4 No liability for uncontrollable events affecting the accommodation. 7.5 Examples include acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemic, or governmental actions.

Giveaway & Discount 


  • The promoter is: Panshill - Clarges Hospitality (12218546) whose registered office is at 18 Park Street, W1K 2HZ, London. In collaboration with @shweta.wanders.
  • Closing date for entry will be midnight 12th February 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Panshill has agreed to provide one night in a our Luxury Lodge with private hot tub for two adults. A BBQ to lend (excluding food) and 2 x Bikes to lend. 
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Panshill or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition, shall not be permitted to enter.

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • Winners will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by direct message after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • ONLY Panshill or Shweta will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. 
  • The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Panshill and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our privacy policy.
